Description: I'm Coach Fortier and welcome to the TF North Powerlifting Club. Our mission in the TF North Powerlifting Club is to work towards maximizing powerlifting exercises: the squat, bench press, deadlift, push-press, power row, and more. By performing these lifts and other strengthening exercises, our main focus is to build power, strength, and stability for sports and everyday activities. There will be a set workouts posted each day and we hope to compete with other schools (competition is not mandatory) although it is fun!
Our club is not only intended for powerlifting specifically. I welcome anyone to come to the weight room who has any fitness related goals. Bodybuilding, cardio, and any other fitness exercises will be available.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercises Studies, two Personal Training certifications, and have competed in multiple Bodybuilding competitions so I will be offering many fitness opportunities for all students who are interested in joining. Come down and give our club a try. Let's set records and then work towards breaking them. It will test your limits and make you a diverse athlete. Our motto is "Believe. Focus. Achieve."

Time Commitment: We train 3 days a week Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school in the weight room from 3:45pm-5:00pm.
