Thornton Fractional Township High School District 215 is committed to partnering with students and families by providing the resources, services, and opportunities needed to support student success. This page serves as a central hub for programs and supports available to OUR families, while also highlighting meaningful ways to engage with our school community. Below are a variety of online and in-person resources designed to help every student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Family & Community Outreach Specialist- Martha Suarez

Martha serves as the Family Outreach Specialist and Spanish Interpreter for Thornton Fractional High School District 215. She is committed to building strong partnerships between families and schools by providing language access, connecting families with resources, and supporting newcomer and multilingual students. Through interpretation, translation, family engagement, and community outreach, Martha helps ensure every family feels welcomed, informed, and empowered to actively participate in their child's educational journey and success.

WAYS TO STAY INVOLVED IN DISTRICT 215

Engaged parents help create thriving students. 

When families and schools work together, students are more likely to succeed academically, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for lifelong success. We invite all District 215 families to stay connected and involved in their child's educational journey. District-wide parent/guardian events are open to all District 215 families and aim to  increase  parent engagement and foster community within the District.

Parent Advisory Committees:

Parent Advisory Committees are led by designated Parent Liaisons. Parent Liaisons are staff members that plan events for their designated campus and assist families by connecting them to school resources. Meetings are typically once a month and are on a variety of topics.
