Final Exam Schedule, Semester 1 2025

Final Exam Information

• Exam Periods are 70 minutes in length.
• Breakfast will be available on all exam days.
• Grab and Go Lunch will be available on all exam days at specified times.
• Regular morning bus routes will remain consistent and modified routes will be arranged based on exam schedule.
• Students should arrive at their bus stops approximately 50 -60 minutes prior to the start of their exam time.

Day 1 –   Wednesday, December 17^th 

• Period 1                       8:25 – 9:35 am 
• Period 2                       9:40 – 10:50 am
• Period 0 (EB)               10: 55 – 12:05 pm
• Make-Up                     12:10 – 1:10 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)

Regular morning bus routes – No early bird routes 

Bus dismissal routes for 10:50 am (North, South & Center) & 12:05 pm (for South early bird students)

Grab and Go Lunch available at 10:50 am (all campuses) and 12:05 pm (South students)

Day 2 – Thursday, December 18^th 

• Period 5                       8:25 – 9:35 am 
• Period 7                       9:40 – 10:50 am
• Period 6                       10:55 – 12:05 pm
• Make-Up                     12:10 – 1:10 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)

Regular morning bus routes – No early bird routes 

Additional morning pick-up routes at 8:45 am for students who have 5^th hour lunch on schedule. 

*Note:  CTE shuttle bus departs from North and South at 9:00 am to TF Center

Bus dismissal routes at 10:50 am (South students) & 12:05 pm (North, South & Center)

Grab and Go Lunch available at 10:50 am (South students) and 12:05 pm (all campuses)

Day 3 – Friday, December 19^th  

• Period 3                       8:25 – 9:35 am 
• Period 4                       9:40 – 10:50 am
• Make-Up                     10:55 – 11:55 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)
• Make-Up                     12:00 – 1:00 pm (Students must arrange own transportation.)

Regular morning bus routes – No early bird routes 

Additional morning pick-up routes at 8:45 am for students who have 3^rd hour lunch on schedule

Bus dismissal routes at 9:35 am (North and South) & 10:50 am (North, South & Center)

Grab and Go Lunch available at 9:35 am (North and South) and 10:50 am (all campuses)

Final Exam Expectations

• Students will remain in class period for the entire 70 minutes.
• Final exams should be constructed so that students can complete within 60 minutes.
• Students will be allotted 5 minutes at the beginning of each exam period to review notes/study guides.
• Students will be allotted approximately 5 minutes at the end of each exam period to prepare for next upcoming exam.

Special Considerations:

• Semester 1 will end on Friday, December 19^th.   
• This exam schedule permits specified make-up periods.

In the event of school closure day on December 17^th, 18^th, or 19^th, the make-up day(s) will be Tuesday, January 6^th, and/or Wednesday, January 7^th, and/or Thursday, January 8^th.
