Class of 2024 Cap and Gown Information

The deadline to pay for your cap and gown package is January 31, 2024. A late payment fee will apply after January 31, 2024.
Any cap and gown refund must be requested in writing within 10 days after the commencement ceremony. Cap and gown packaging must be unopened. (Late fees are non-refundable)  Your cap and gown price includes taxes, shipping to the school & handling.  Your cap and gown package will be delivered to your school.  The school will inform you of the date and time of pick up.

If payments are being made by money order or cashier’s check, please be sure to include the student’s name, school, height, and weight with your payment. Money orders and cashier’s checks should be made payable to Chicago Balfour. Online: You can pay for your cap & gown with a credit or debit card online at www.chicagobalfour.com
