Mobile Care Van- Vaccinations and School Physicals

Advocate Children’s Hospital and the Ronald McDonald Mobile Care van will be at TFS on November 17th from 9 am-1 pm. This service offers free vaccinations and physicals to students who qualify. Consents must be signed at least 1 week prior to the event.  Please see the nurse with questions, or call Nurse Bonny at 708-585-2050 or Mrs. Rawls at 708-585-3003.
