Class of 2024 MCV-4 Booster - Mobile Clinic Coming!

The class of 2024 is required to bring proof of having the MCV-4 booster after their 16th birthday. To help you meet this requirement we are hosting a Mobile Clinic, March 6th during school hours. This clinic is open to all students who have either no health insurance or state health insurance. These clinics are also open to other students needing other vaccine boosters or physicals including Sports physicals. Please have your parent/guardian call 708-585-1011 during school hours. The Deadline to register is Feb. 28th.
