Advocate Children’s Hospital, in partnership with The Ronald McDonald Foundation’s Mobile Clinic will be at T.F. North High School on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, during school hours. This clinic provides Free School Physicals and Vaccinations, including the required MCV-4 booster for our incoming senior students, to all students 18 years old or younger who have public health insurance or no health insurance. The required registration forms will be emailed or sent home for you to complete. These forms will need to be completed and returned to the School Nurse’s Office by Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
