Sexual Abuse & Faith's Law
Faith's Law aims to create a safer educational environment by ensuring that all school personnel are aware of their responsibilities regarding student safety. It applies to all public and private K-12 schools in Illinois, covering teachers, substitute teachers, and other staff members. The law emphasizes the importance of community involvement in preventing abuse and encourages bystanders to report any suspicious behavior.
