From the desk of Interim Superintendent Raymond Williams

Dear Students, Families, Staff, and Community Members,

I cannot believe that this school year is almost halfway over already! Starting the year in a dual role, as Principal at TF Centers and Acting Superintendent was interesting. Being able to focus on one role as Interim Superintendent provided a needed calm to the district and I am honored to share that at our November school board meeting, the Board of Education approved a contract for me to serve as Superintendent for the next two years. I am deeply grateful for the trust and confidence expressed by the board, and I look forward to continuing the work we have started together during my time as Interim Superintendent.

Over the past months, I have had the privilege of visiting classrooms, meeting with teachers and staff, listening to students, and engaging with families. These experiences have reinforced what makes our district extraordinary: a shared commitment to learning, collaboration, and the belief that every student deserves the opportunity to thrive.

As we move forward, my priorities remain clear:

Supporting high-quality teaching and learning by ensuring our educators have the tools, resources, and professional development they need.

Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture where students feel safe, connected, and empowered.

Strengthening partnerships with families and the community, recognizing that we are strongest when we work together.

Focusing on continuous improvement and fiscal responsibility, keeping our attention on what matters most—student success.

I am excited about what the next two years will hold. Together, we will continue to build on our progress, celebrate our achievements, and tackle challenges with transparency, integrity, and optimism.

Thank you for your dedication to our schools and for welcoming me so warmly into this role. I look forward to our continued collaboration and to the incredible opportunities ahead for our students.

With gratitude and commitment,
Mr. Raymond Williams
Superintendent
Thornton Fractional High School District 215
