Virtual Appointments during COVID-19 Closure

We are so excited to share that our Guidance intern, Ms. Jackie Chavez, has  created a plan to connect with our students.

She will be able to accept virtual appointments with students via their preference (Zoom, Google hangouts, phone). She plans on taking appointments for all students, but other counselors may step in as back-ups if she becomes overbooked.

Students will schedule an appointment with Ms. Chavez through the free service Calendly and select their appointment time.
