School District 215 recognizes and accepts its responsibility to educate all age appropriate children who are bona fide residents. Children are considered bona fide residents of the school district when they reside with parents or legally appointed guardians who are bona fide residents of the school district. A student does not have the right to attend school tuition-free solely for the purpose of attending a specific school. Knowingly or willfully providing false residency is a Class C misdemeanor and parents/guardians will be liable for payment of tuition, fees and all other applicable fines. This District is committed to the taxpayers by having residency personnel in place to seek any fraudulent enrollments.
